Sandy's WW Journey to Health: You are a Miracle

My name is Sandy Hentzel and I am so excited that you chose to visit my blog. This blog is my way for inspiring others and myself on the journey of healthy living and weight loss.
I am married to a wonderful man, Chris. He is supporting me 100%. We have been married 13 years, and he has seen me at all sizes, and has loved me unconditionally. We have 3 beautiful children (Jessica 13, Sam 11 and Emily 10) and the prettiest cat, Zoey.
I work full time in Home Health as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. We are also active in sports and church. I go to an Assembly of God church and love my church family.
In all things including weight loss, I give God all the Glory. I can do all things through Him. And having a personal relationship with Jesus has helped guide and strengthened me in the journey.
I pray that as you follow my story, it will inspire a healthy you. If I can do it, so can you! One Day at a Time, One Meal at a Time!
