So for part of my research on diets I headed over to WebMD
to see what rating the different diets received. This is the article that I found about WW.
It was very clear for me to understand and seemed very doable. If it did work, I could quit after 3 months. Haha, fooled me, now I am 6 months strong on the program.

Here is my link for the Weight Watchers Freestyle program, if you sign up we both get a free month. Basically Freestyle is a new version of WW.
It is more liveable, there are 200 foods that are zero points now. The app is awesome and the connect community is great. I don't do the meetings because I don't have time so I picked the online program.
I cant lose weight without counting and I hate to look up calories and keep track that way. So iI am paying WW to keep track. For me, spending the $3 a week (and that is cheap because I'm use to spending $25 a week on fast food, lol) keeps me honest. If I am going to spend money, I want to get something out of it.
With the app on my phone, I spend 1- 2 minutes after I eat tracking it. I can also plan out what I am going to eat like if I know we are going to Olive Garden, I check the app in the car and know what my choices are, what I want to splurge on and what I am going to pass up.
Overall, if I could lose wt on my own I would have but I wasn't blessed with great genes. I mean come on...almost 400lbs by not paying attention and eating whatever feels good aka early grave for me. So i had to find something that i can LIVE with. This has to be a forever thing. Hope this helps.
